IMPORTANT: These are bangle bracelets, woven with nylon upholstery thread. They do NOT stretch and there is no clasp. There is; however, a slight amount of “give” and “wiggle room” in the thread. Please measure your fist (at the largest spot, near the base of the thumb) to determine if the specified size will fit.
Design Notes: As the name suggests, the Starts and Ends with Four Bangle design is a continuous rope of folded warped squares (hypars) with lacy edges. This bangle is nicknamed the “Laurel Wreath” bangle for its similarity to the classic laurel wreath shape. There is a 90-degree orientation change as each square in the rope is stitched which creates a subtle spiral around the wrist.
